SSAI: Built a server-side ad insertion platform from the ground up, powering 5M+ daily sessions and generating ₹20M/month. Introduced Cohort based Ad insertion, Advance ad prefetching, configurable session expiry, bumper ads, and dynamic variable replacement—scaling monetization and enhancing session reliability.
User Engagement: Led the end-to-end development of a user engagment platform for real-time, multi-channel user engagement across Email, SMS, and RCS. Designed Journey Automation and segmentation features, onboarding 20+ publishers and serving 20M+ active users, driving retention and personalization at scale.
Contributed to defining a new product roadmap by conducting usability testing, customer interviews, and sentiment analysis. Identified key user pain points from 8K+ reviews and proposed 20+ UX enhancements, directly influencing the scope and design of Justdial’s upcoming app revamp
Led a 50-member team in managing production and safety operations, delivering over 4 lakh tonnes of coal. Spearheaded the integration of core processes into SAP as ERP Production Planning Lead, improving operational efficiency and enabling data-driven decision-making across large-scale mining operations.
