At Jio, I led JIA — an agentic voice AI platform processing 50K daily conversations across 8 Indian languages, powering ₹30M+/month for 10 enterprise clients. Before that, I scaled Magnum to 20M+ DAU and built Jio's first SSAI platform from 0 to 1. I work at the intersection of LLMs, real-time data pipelines, and product strategy — and I build prototypes to prove ideas before anyone writes a spec.

Contributed to defining a new product roadmap by conducting usability testing, customer interviews, and sentiment analysis. Identified key user pain points from 8K+ reviews and proposed 20+ UX enhancements, directly influencing the scope and design of Justdial’s upcoming app revamp
Led a 50-member team in managing production and safety operations, delivering over 4 lakh tonnes of coal. Spearheaded the integration of core processes into SAP as ERP Production Planning Lead, improving operational efficiency and enabling data-driven decision-making across large-scale mining operations.
